if i were to log in on facebook on one computer and click "keep my signed in" and then shut off the computer , will it be still logged in if i want to go on facebook on another computer?

it will still be logged into the computer you saved the password on, but not on the new computer you are signing into

No it will not. Facebook knows your computer or its like it memorises your computer so whenever you go to facebook.com from your computer it will log you in not from any other computer

You'll only stay logged in the specific computers you logged into in the first place. If anyone was just allowed to login, we may as well remove passwords from Facebook.

At the top right of Facebook when logged in, click the little settings icon and click "Account Settings" - Then click "Security" and expand "Active Sessions" at the bottom. You'll be able to see various information of devices logged into your Facebook account and their location.
