Facebook Spam PLEASE HELP!?

So I have seen this post going around Facebook. It says something like "Guys! If you don't stop spreading this I'm deleting my account!" And then there's a link after it that has something to do with Tumblr. It's posting it to all my friends' walls. When I went to change the password, it said enter your old password. When I did, it said old password incorrect. So now my password is reset too. How do I fix the password and issue and rid my account of this bull shit!

that link is a phishing page - report it to tumblr immediately and they will take the phishing page down

then post a new status explaining to all your friends not to click the link, and if they already did and entered their password on that site, they need to change their password immediately
