When resettling my password on facebook. Which way is better out of the 2 ways where it goes to my emails?

Use my Hotmail account
Log into Hotmail (if you aren't already) to quickly reset your password...

Or Email me a link to reset my password

What actually does what??? there are 2 ways here so what is the difference???

Does one of these ways able to just send me the original password to my email address???????

Lol facebook only lets you reset your password so people can't hack into other peoples account without them knowing.. *cough cough*
