is there a way to find out who grabbed your pictures on facebook?
not sure if "Grabbed" is the right term but what I mean is that is there a way to find out if someone viewed a picture of you in your facebook account and right clicked and save image as? like find out who that person is?

No,it's impossible.

facebook itself don't know who are grabbing your pictures.

it depends on the browser. If u dont't want people to download your images then set privacy to Friends or specific people or you can set "only me" option so that your friends too don't download it or even see ur images .
