how to change my profile picture in facebook without uploading it?
the problem is with my broandband,i just cannot download any pictures from internet.
is ther any way by just changing the pictures on facebook without downloading?

If the picture is already on facebook then sure, all you need to do is: Open picture >Mouse over>Options>Make profile picture.
