Help about facebook friend requests and following?

I'm wondering because there are people that when you clicked the Add button, there will be a pop-up like "This person is not allowed to accept friend requests but you are following them now". Can I do it on mine too? Like when someone sends me a friend request they will automatically follow me? Please answer. And also this is my facebook account: http://www.facebook.com/khrista.tiamzon <3
I've already allowed the subscriber/follower thingy before. What I want to happen is no one will be able to send me friend requests, but only be one of my follower.

Its becoz they have enabled followers on facebook u can do -
To allow followers on facebook go to- https://www.facebook.com/#!/settings?tab=subscribers
OR Alternatively You Can Go To Account Settings, Then Subscribers Tab, And Check Mark The Allow Subscribers. Its done..now whoever will send u a fb request will become ur follower .
If u have done all of this n want no fb requests from anyone...then sorry becoz earlier version of fb had that facility but the new look don't have it ,so all u can do it let them send requests n don't accept them.
