Twitter Question: How do you.........?

How do you get your tweets to look like this:
- Lord_Voldermolt7 #offensivecompliments I'd rather kiss you than a dementor.


Usually when I try to say something about the trending topics it comes out as:
- blanketyblank blah blah blah.


Almost like a regular tweet. But I want it to look like this:
- blanketyblank #offensive compliments blah blah blah.


I don't know if that makes sense but yeah thats my question.

If you're talking about hashtags (getting the links to appear in your tweets), just put a number sign in front of the topic and remove spaces. (ie. "#nowplaying", instead of "nowplaying", or "# now playing")
