When I "Promote" my ads on facebook, my target audience is always the Philippines.?
I am a missionary in the Philippines and my ads are geared to obtain funding. II have put all my information as living in NY and yet when I promote an add, all the likes are from the Philippines. Not even the Americans I have on my friends list are receiving them.
How can I get it to target the U.S.?
