Add a photo, and then go to that photo and you'll see an option to change it as your profile picture

Log into your Facebook account.

On the left click on > Newsfeed.

At the top, under your picture you will see a link -- Edit Your Profile.

Click on it.

Put your cursor over your picture and click - Edit your picture -- and go from there.
