Can I get my old facebook account back?
Can I reactivate my facebook if it was suspended for disobeying the rules? (i have more than one account)

depends on which rule you broke, but it's unlikely if they already went to the trouble of suspending it

is the rule you broke "i created more than one account"? if so, then there is no need to get the old one back, right?
