How do you copy a video from Facebook?

My friend recorded a video clip of us all having a musical jam session & posted it to Facebook. I'd like to have a copy of it. I know I can ask for a copy, but in case the file sizes are too big for my email can it be downloaded straight from Facebook, which would be a lot easier to do & save a trip there again with a memory stick? If it can be downloaded how do you do it? Thankyou.
