Youtube account possibly hacked?

On my primary youtube account, It has all the people I subscribe to. But on just my email, it says that i'm subscribed to AngryJoe and WWE. Did someone hack my account?

Hi,
You should immediately contact YouTube and report any suspicious activity on your account. You should also change your password regularly and not log into YouTube through any third party website as some of these sites are used to skim account credentials that give hackers access to your accounts.
