I rarely unfriend (Facebook), there is only about one person I ever have, and that was because he was a really annoying wanna be hipster boy who constantly posted selfies in which he did the stupid eyebrows raised, half smile/half pout pose. He annoyed the hell out of me.

I unfollow (Twitter/Tumblr) quite a lot, just because I don't know the person and so it is perfectly acceptable to do so when I get bored of them, or are offended/annoyed by them. The last person I unfollowed on Tumblr was someone who constantly reblogged Niall from One Direction and it was just ruining my TL and annoying me. I unfollowed a few people on Twitter for (same reason as you) using too many hashtags, and also for retweeting to much (I like some retweets but I also like to follow someone for their own humour, they should be posting stuff too!). Oh, and I unfollowed a girl because she said she was pro-ana (anorexia).

BQ ~ Blonde.

Cussing. I'm not going to follow someone on Twitter who cusses.

The thing is a lot of people I follow on Twitter say they are Christian yet still cuss something awful. I have unfollowed a lot of people due to cussing. I don't want read it or hear it.

One girl I became friends with on Twitter reminded me a lot of myself when was going through troubled times. She fought depression, had a daughter, single and such. A lot of her tweets on Twitter were depression. We often talked and I did what I could to encourage her and tell her there is hope. Life can get better.

She started drinking a lot and got a boyfriend. Her tweets were call about having sex, how she would have sex, how she wanted sex and so on. One night she said "My man is in the shower and I'm drunk as a dog." She then went on and on about what she'd do to him when he got out and said she'd take pictures.

I hated to unfollow her because I still wanted to be there when she needed someone to talk to but I had enough. I couldn't take reading those kind of things daily. So I unfollowed her.

I still feel bad about that.

As for Facebook - I rarely unfriend anyone. I did unfriend a now ex brother inlaw after he went to jail for drunk driving with my nephew who was 3 at the time. I actually blocked him. I also unfriended his mom after awhile too due to her ranting about him being in jail. That is it though. I haven't unfriended anyone else.

BQ: What's your natural hair color? - My hair is a natural mix of blond, red and brown. It actually at times looks more blond some days and other days it looks more red. I was once told people would kill for these natural highlights. lol I just wish my hair would make up it's mind. I don't cut it or do anything special to it.

I unfollow people when they get annoying. Like you said, posting a million selfies is SO annoying.

Only if someone posts something extremely offending or arrogant. I'm not easily offended, so chances are if you've been unfriended by me, you're a douche.....
I've unfriended/unfollowed a lot of arrogant people too. I guess that's what I get for friending every person I've ever met when I was s freshman haha

BQ: A dark brown, that goes light brown/gold in the summer

I rarely unfriend, but if you're posts are annoying and clogging my feed, then I'll unfriend. Or if I don't know you and for some reason accepted you, I'll unfriend haha. Facebook is pretty much the only social network I use, besides this.

BQ: Black

I rarely unfriend people, however I have blocked well over 60% of my friends on facebook as I don't want to see 10 pictures daily of just themselves. Nor do I want to know about how much they have sex/get drunk/take drugs etc.
I also have quite a lot of contacts who are extremely self centered - hence why I blocked them.

BQ: blonde... it's going mousey brown now though.

I don't have Facebook or Twitter, so tumblr is the next best thing.

The most common reason I unfollow on tumblr is because of pettiness. Like the whole "if you don't reblog this, I'm unfollowing you" or "if you don't reblog this then you should drink bleach"

Mostly, those types of posts are centered around stuff like gay marriage, bullying, or a one-shot sob story. Frankly, I don't care. You support or are against those things? Cool. Whatever. I'm not putting it on my blog. And if you're going to unfollow/judge/threaten me/encourage me to kill myself because I don't, that's the epitome of stupid.

It's scary to think that there's people out there who would do the same thing to people in real life.

BQ: I don't know anymore. Somewhere in the brown/black spectrum.

I don't follow anyone because I'm cool and don't have an Instagram/Twitter/Tumblr. Big Grin

I rarely unfriend people on Facebook because that's a waste of time and it's not like I'm proving anything by doing so. I've blocked a few people because I genuinely dislike them and am glad they no longer attend my school. I don't care if people post selfies or hashtags. It annoys me yes, but I know I can be the same way so I won't be hypocritical.

BQ: Black w/ natural brown highlights.
