How to find out the person who hacked facebook?

Last 3 days my friends facebook got hacked and he saying stuff that he did not write i really need to find out who hacked his facebook

Chances are you're not going to be able to find out who did it, even if you manage to get their IP address. If your friend still has access just change the password and make sure all the security settings are correct. Make sure the backup email is correct, the phone numbers listed are correct and security questions/answers are correct. My guess is your friend clicked on a phishing link and gave someone their password. Be certain you are only entering your FB password on facebook.com. No where else.
