I accidently liked a facebook status but unliked it quickly?

They will. But when they look at the post it will show that you didnt like it

Since you already liked it they will get a notification whether you unliked it or not. Your name will just not be in the list of people who liked the post. Don't worry I doubt anyone will make a big deal.
