First you need Photo editing softwares like Photoshop or Gimp
Then Find Tutorials on how to "Crop" pictures cleanly on Youtube.
Then Find some backgrounds you like or make your own if you can.
The lettering which is also included in Photoshop or Gimp is not even hard to make.
While using Photoshop or Gimp you need Layers so it look nice.
There should be a Layer for background, for the Lettering, for the person posing in front, then extra other layers for effect.

I dont know if you totally get but anyway ask for help or more question if you like.
