In my internet only facebook and google sites are not loading or not working,others working,solve problem pls?

from three days it is happening,other sites like yahoo and torrentz are working,what would be the problem if you have answers please provide in detail.my network is tikona.

1 open network properties
2 double click "internet protocol version 4"
3 click " use the following dns server address"
4 put values
8 .8 .8 .8
8 .8 .4 .4
press ok
then apply

install hotspot sheild to ur pc

it will change ur server

then try to browse it
