Your question makes about as much sense as teats on a boar hog. The page loads when you go to the website duh.

You have not gave any information condoning to what your overall goal is.

Since this is in programming I will offer you to make an IFrame using HTML.
...and it got moved,,,

Create a HTML document and insert this line...
<IFRAME src="http://www.facebook.com/"></frame>

If you just ment a desktop shortcut I can offer you right click your desktop and hover over new and select link. Type in http://www.facebook.com/ into the field that pops up.

If you are having technical problems I would contact them directly.
