On instagram some pictures are not mine, should i take them off?

Instagram is compatible with any iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch running iOS 3.1.2 or above.
You can put your pictures and those of celebrities without any problem. But pictures of your friends or strangers may result in problems if you do not consult them or if the context is bad.
