If you Deactivated your Account if your Still Getting Emails From Facebook it May Be a Fake Email Facebook as Far as i Know Does Not Send Emails To Peoples Accounts that Are Deactivated

i Would Recommend Marking those Emails as Spam

There's a difference between deactivating your account and actually having your account deleted. During deactivation, you'll continue to receive emails to get you to come back. Obviously you want to opt out totally which will require you to fill out a form located here:
http://www.facebook.com/help/359046244166395
If you've already filled this form out to delete (not deactivate) your account, you'll have to contact FB support and tell them your problem. You also will have to reactivate your account to be able to log in to fill out the form. I know it's a pain in the a$$ but it is what it is.
Good luck. Be sure to clear out any sites you have cached on your PC with a FB log in too.

Just delete that emails without open. After some time these emails will come on your spam and then after some time it not happen.
