Can I get instagram on my mac and be able to upload pics?
Today I tried uploading an image to instagram from my iPod. It said i had to update the app before continuing, so when I tried that it said "This app requires iOS 4.3" I have a third generation iPod so I can update it anymore. I can't find something I can install on my mac that will allow me to upload pictures. The apps I've tried downloading only allow me to view and not upload. Help?

You can use a website called Botio to act between the Mac and Instagram. See the link below.
