How to make an app that I can use at an expo so people walking past can like &share my company facebook page?

So basically im going to be participating in an expo, I want to take my ipads and tablets with me so that people walking past my stall can sign up in order to enter a competition, so itll need to take down name, postal address, contact number, and they have to like and share my business facebook page to enter. Is this possible to have done?
