For security reasons your account is temporarily locked (Facebook)?

Earlier today I logged into my Facebook, it logged in but then straight away logged back out. I tried to log back in, I was using the Facebook app on my android and it referred me to the browser because of a problem, here it said to me 'For security reasons your account is temporarily locked' I continued and it then asked me to upload a form of photo ID, being under the age of 18 without a drivers licence or passport I clicked I don't have an ID it then took me to another page for alternate ID's such as school ID's or Birth certificates etc. Using the alternate ID it told me I'd need two forms of ID so I uploaded a photo of my school ID and then a second photo of my Birth certificate, multiple times! and every time it would end up saying an error had occurred after I had uploaded the photo's of my proof of ID. I tried again about 15 minutes ago and it finally went through. I rely on Facebook to contact friends and family, I am an everyday Facebook user. I am so upset that my account has been locked without very much explanation except for the fact that Facebook is saying that it's hacked. How ever Facebook still allowed me to change my password and then linked me to change my email password also. Does anyone have any advice on how I can get my Facebook back or anyone I can contact about this problem?

I suffered the same problem. I uploaded with my National ID and all other documents but they didn't helped me.. You will have to make new account ..
