Question about Facebook blocking?

My friend posted a status on Facebook that a certain girl liked. The next day my friend said she blocked this girl on Facebook, but when I get on my friend's page, the girl's like is still on that status. Does my friend really have her blocked or did she just delete her?

She may have blocked or deleted her, but as you didn't do anything, what you see is not affected by her action.
