They could go on a proxy server site, or try the anonymous option on their browsers...

try to use ninja cloak.. search it on google then type facebook url.. and you will be able access facebook even it is blocked in your workplace.

There is No Way to Do That Even if you Put it on a Another Site it would Have to Connect to Facebook Some How it Would End up Not Showing up Under The New Page
