Facebook games are mostly Flash, and the Galaxy Tab 10.1" doesn't come with Flash. However, you can sideload Flash on the tablet, to make Flash works on it. Here you can find a good user experience on this, who can't play Facebook games, but there're people given comment on what to do to enable Flash:
