New Facebook Account and Cant Add My mobile number?

I had a profile that I had my # one. Well I took my # off before having that profile delete. Then I made another profile and went to put my # back on the new profile and this is the message they keep giving me "The phone number you're trying to verify was recently used to verify a different account. Please try a different number." So what do I need to do because I dont have a different number

everybody who is clever do not use facebook.... they steal pasword from your eamil account,, and somebody can read your email !! do not use facebook
