How to change Facebook profile pic without it showing up on the newsfeed?

How do I change my Facebook profile pic without it showing up on the newsfeed?!! Like so my picture is changed but no one can like it or anything because it doesn't show up on my timeline OR newsfeed?

Go to your settings and put your posts as only me. So, only you can see it.

You can't but what you can do is once you change it go to your newfeed and there should be a ^ but upside down click and then delete it but you will still have your picture but not in timeline newsfeed

I think you might have to physically delete it from the newsfeed and from your timeline. You have to do it as soon as you post the picture though or people scrolling through their newsfeed will see it.

Just post it like normal and then click the gear and select "Hide from newsfeed"
