How do you twitter, im very confused by the basics of trending topics, making friends or followers, making your name known, THE BASICS, how to get rolling im a newbie and im confused about everything

twitter is just a online journal. all u do u type what ur doing at the very moment u feel like writing something down. followers just enjoy reading what others type. that is the basics to twitter. to be honest, if u still dont understand after this, then ur looking a little to hard into the concept of twitter.
