Facebook newbie! Please help!!!!?

Ok this is a little embarrassing, but I am 18 and I have never had facebook. Not because my parents wouldn't let me, but because I never liked the idea of having such a public life. Anyways, I got an account but I need to know how to use it. Like when do I post things or comment or like things? And how? Please help me!

Where it says what's on your mind is where you post what you are thinking or feeling. When people post a status it says like or comment if you like the status press the like button under the status or share a comment if you need anymore help let me know.

Just take a deep look at the home page of your facebook. It has everything listed there. You can add someone who is already using fb for a while to get efficient help right on fb.
