updating facebook photos?

When I upload photos to my album, its displayed in the news feed. I want to upload photos without having to broadcast it. How do I stop this?

after you upload photos there's gonna be a button that says "post photos"
don't click on it, just go to your homepage

your photos should be in whatever folder you uploaded it in

In the past, there's option to publish it now or not, it's not there anymore. What you can do is just upload it to an album that set to Only Me, or upload it via your status update with the Audience Setting set to Only Me. You can change this later if you want to publish it.
