If my Ymail account has been deleted because of inactivity how do i recover my Facebook account associated wit?

My facebook account is associated with my ymail.com email address. Because of some my personal issues i wan not in touch of facebook and ymail. So when i come to facebook for login i forgot my password and when i clicked on forgot password only option available to me was recovery through email. My email id associated with facebook is only through ymail. Now my ymail.com account has been deleted by yahoo. And new creation of Ymail.com id has been disabled by yahoo.
Can Anybody help me now how can i recover my Facebook account.
