How to make friend list on Facebook private?

I want to make my friend list private which can be seen only by me. Is this possible? I cannot find any option in the privacy setting. Help!

Go to your friend list and in the upper right hand corner is the button that says edit. Click it and the menu will appear and click only me. Then only you can view except mutual friends with a person.

Go here (Change 'YourUsername' to your actual username on facebook which appears in the address bar):

And once you're there you'll see these buttons in the top right corner

Once you click it you'll see a popup menu like this one, simply click on Edit Privacy

Once you've clicked on Edit Privacy you'll see a popup window where you can choose to set your friend list, following and followers visible to public, friends, you or custom
