Why my Facebook is not responding?

I'm using Google Chrome . i can log in my facebook BUT i can't chat with my friends , i can't see who is online , i can't search for people,place and things , i can't open my notification and massage and my news feed is not moving . I Tried log in facebook using my mom's account and the same things happen... I don't know what happen someone please help me ...
it has been 24 hours already since my facebook being like that. I also tried Contact Facebook at the Help Center and Report the Problem but when i click "Report A Problem" Theres nothing happen (No loading or Anything)

It's a FB issue....I use a different browser and I am having the same issues.

It generally takes them no more than an hour or two to fix issues like this.

Try Using a Different Browser See if That Fixes the Problem if Not than It May be A Personal Problem With you and your Moms Profile Mines Working Fine Please Contact Facebook at the Help Center and Report the Problem To Them
