Okay, firstly if you don't mind being an annoying instagram user.. keep hashtagging #follow4follow #ifollowback #followback. The second step is the most annoying thing ever but it works... go onto a celebrity's instagram like @kyliejenner or @kendalljenner comment on their photos with follow back/ I follow back / like for like etc. My instagram is lordjeanne btw

I agree, spam the crud out of other popular pictures, hashtag #f4f but risk losing respect i would if i were your friend, its kinda lame, other than that just tell your friends to add you and comment on other's people pictures or like them, some might follow some won't, there isn't a hack for this sorry lol, spam it though
