If my fb is set to only me?

If i change my settings to only me, if i change my profile pic will that get posted on news feed or will it stay private to me? Also if i do this will people be able to still see that i did change my pic say if they look on their contacts list? And if they go on my page will they see all my posts even if its set to only me?

Depends on What Settings you Changed your Profile Picture has a Separate Setting Everytime you Change your Profile Picture to Make it Private you have to Change the Privacy Setting

If you set private for picture then no one can see the picture u post or when u change ur profile picture means they can preview it. If u also private the status then they can't also see your status
