I think internet addiction is a thing when you are on it all day, and when you are not online it is your only concern. I wouldn't consider it an addiction if you are only on it a few hours a day. With technology in our lives as much as it is today, I don't think it is necessarily a bad thing to be on Facebook over 2 hours a day, especially if you have nothing better to do. Social Networking is fun, and entertaining. I think of it the same way as TV or video games. How much can you watch TV in a day without it being considered an addiction? Provided below is an informational link about more types of internet addictions.

I hope this helps, and I would greatly appreciate if you gave me the "best answer". Good Luck(:

When You are checking your facebook more than one times per hour. Or if you check it more than twice per day. I have a friend who checks her Facebook so much, and it's so annoying. It really has become an addiction for some people. People should put their phones down for a day and enjoy the outdoors, and something without technology.
