Does this new SOPA act apply to Facebook?

So I have a Facebook page on Facebook and I just heard about this dumbass SOPA thing. Is SOPA going to affect Facebook pages?

SOPA will affect any USA hosted website which includes Facebook.

I think SOPA is pretty much a dead issue (too much control given to the government to be passed), but there are other bills in the works to be worried about. The below article will explain some of them.
