facebook account hacked trying www.facebook.com/hacked but no luck?

my account is hacked, I tried accessing it from http://www.facebook.com/hacked when I enter my details it asks me for a new or old password yet when I enter my last set password it says "you changed your password on ..........." and gives me two options did you change it or no, when I click on no it takes me back to asking my details. how can I recover my account even temporarily

Try This Go to Facebook.com Click on Forgot Password Put in your Email Address Facebook Will Send you a Password Reset Link to your Email and you Can Change your password and Get Back Into your Email

if the Hacker Changed your Email Address Than your Out of Luck
