This is exactly what they emailed me - Hello,

If you're writing in about (my account name) being suspended, this account is not currently suspended; please review any previous communications from Twitter for clarification about what the reason for the suspension may have been

Your Account was Not Suspended if you Cant Login you May Not Have Typed in your Login Info Correctly
