I jut want to know how to check a deleted history. because i know windows never COMPLETELY gets rid of everything.

All website visited are stored in the register regardless of what you delete in browser history.

You'd have to get a computer forensics program to recover data. However if you use a program like ccleaner on it's most secure deletion modes even the FBI or NSA would find it nearly impossible to recover data.
