Can twitter see me if I'm private?
If my twitter account is private, and I tweet a reply @danieltosh, can he see it because I tweeted at him? Obviously he does not follow me so I don't think he can.

He can see the tweet you sent to him but he can't view your profile if it's private

He can See the Tweet you Sent to Him But He Wont Be Able to See the Rest of your Twitter Profile if you Have it Set to Private
