INSTAGRAM HELP CAN'T LOG IN!?

I had recently made a few instagram accounts in which got disabled by instagram due to their terms and conditions... So now my app says I cannot log into my regular instagram because there are too many accounts registered to my device (Apple Iphone 4) what do I have to do to be able to log back into my instagram from my Iphone? Do I have to restore my phone so it will work again? I can't delete any of the accounts to make room for mine because instagram deleted them themselves... what do I do? am I never going to be able to use the instagram app again on my phone? Instagram has horrible help service... I can't find a single email to email them.... what do I do?? HELP please! I use this instagram alot and want to be able to log in.....
