You can # anything.
Ie - Just had lunch #Starving

#s just reflect your mood or something, or anything really.
You could just tweet #Tired, or #WorkSucks
Get the idea?

Naah, don't feel dumb, same thing happened with me. Just input a saying or something, like "#Tooedgy" and put all the words altogether, so don't put it between spaces or nothing like that, put everything altogether, and start by adding " # " first, and then put what you wanna put, and if you put that, and the word is like blue, you did it right, and it's taken to a section, like me, if you put " #tooedgy", after it's put, you click on the hashtag, and it'll take you to a section of where other people might have put it, putting the hashtag cause of a specific tweet and such. Or maybe you follow this guy on YouTube or something, and he says in the video if you wanna ask him questions, he'll give you a hastag you should put (Like, "Hey, you wanna tweet me a question! Put the hastag '#Askgorillaman', and tweet me the question!")and if you do so, you add the hastag, and say what you want to say or ask, and the tweet will be sent along the tag, in which the guy will surely receive! Do you know how the system now works?

Hold shift, press 3 and then type something. Make sure there are no spaces
