how can you unblock people using the nokia facebook app?

Somebody was asking me to find out and I've tried looking but can't find any solutions.

I learned you have to do this over the computer not a phone. A computer has it for some reason and not the phone. When you get on the laptop go where you would go to sign out and click privacy setting. Then on the left hand side click blocking you will find everything there on a computer not a phone
