Facebook, Twitter and Instagram question?

I'm in high school is it true that if you don't have one of those social networks your going to be socially lost because I don't want one it's just a waste of time to me and I'm always left out?

Of course not! All Instagram is people posting pictures of themselves, facebook is practically dead so there's nothing to miss out on, and twitter is usually people posting witty remarks, it's just a scene don't worry. I only have an Instagram, twitter really isn't much fun.
