so if my security settings on facebook say that nobody can see my friends list Or anybody that posts on my timeline.

Now when i post on a friends timeline wall, will my friends be able to see what I post, or no because of my privacy settings?

What you post on your friend's wall will be seen by whoever your friend allows to see their wall. It depends completely on their settings.
