Deactivating my Facebook?
Okay, so I am going through my friends list, and blocking every person, individually, then when I am done, I am going to deactivate it. Does that mean, if I sign back in, they'll still be blocked?

I am only doing the blocking, so when I deactivate it, I don't have an excuse to go back onto the rubbish site.

When you reactivate Facebook, everything is basically how you left it. All the blocks are still there. But your friends will be able to see that you deactivated, and may have decided to unfriend you while you were deactivated. But that doesn't seem to be an issue for you.
