Someone posted a picture of me on twitter?

So basically today at school I was selling some stuff at lunch with some people in my year and a guy from a younger year took a picture of me (he was annoying us and stuff and sat with us for a bit) and basically drew a dick cuming on my face and I just laughed at it. He is one of the 'popular' guys in his year and he sent it to all his contacts on snapchat and now a girl in my year posted a picture of it on twitter and she is normally really nice to me but we don't talk out of school and said 'it's always the quite ones' with that kind of smirking face that you get on whatsapp and I don't know what to do now/if i should do anything, there is a whatsapp group of a group of girls in my year and I know that they do a lot of bitching in it and that she is in it and they will people say stuff about the pic in there. I honestly don't care about the picture, it's just her snide comment that has annoyed me but I don't know if i should ignore it or reply something jokingly and I don't want to tweet right now becuase then people will know i've seen it but not responded or whatever. So yeah should I respond or just leave it? That's it basically, thanks

open a ticket with twitter support and report this person for abuse of Terms and conditions-

You don't mind the picture, but you're upset by a little comment? Girl, you have your priorities skewed.

Report the post to Twitter, then report everyone involved (including the idiot that took the picture and put the drawing on it) to your school's administration. Since enough people have seen it, they don't need to know that you are the one who reported them.
