Firefox Facebook chat issue?

I don't know so far, i tried with Chrome and no problem with that at all. Thing is if i use Firefox with Facebook and i try to click on someone offline in chat menu, the page goes straight to messages instead. Its weird and seemed pointless so i though it could be a bug with Firefox. I used Firefox for lot of good reasons otherwise i wouldn't bother so please help
I use the latest flash player and frankly it eats up a lot. Though i don't see how that is relevant with this, i turned off half of my extension to see if it works or not. Should i delete Caches and Cookies?

firefox is a lower grade browser therefor google chrome is better so just stop using firefox all together

Check and See if there Are any Updates Available For Firefox If There Are Any Download Them That May Help Also Check and Make Sure your Flash Player is Working Correctly
